Mosaic Transformation is an approach to plan and manage the change process. The method has been proposed by fractal consulting.
Mosaic Transformation concentrates resources to achieve pockets of change that create positive chain reactions. The changes are sequenced into a program using a defined set of criteria:
- How doable each change is
- How much it contributes to the end goal
- What management resource is released
- Which constraints for further change are removed.
The author claims that based on biological models of adaptation, Mosaic Transformation™ makes change management practicable, even in large, complex organisations.
Designing the sequence of changes creates a very rich dialogue and a more robust transformation plan.
